Return Policy
We want you to love your books as much as we loved creating them. Because our books are shipped directly from us with no middleman, we keep things simple.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your book arrives damaged or if the wrong title is sent, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please email us at contact@dearluca.com within seven days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the damage or incorrect book. We will send your replacement as quickly as possible and you will not need to return the original.

Change of Mind
Because our books are brand new, printed in small batches, and shipped directly by us, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for change of mind. This policy helps us keep our books affordable and sustainable for all readers.
